What type of information we have
We (1DigitalTrust A/S & 1Digitaltrust Sweden AB) currently collect and process some or all of the following information about you when your sign up for our newsletter, survey results or events (such as webinars):

- Marketing information: Details regarding your preferences for marketing and communication, that will help us determine which of our services that may be of interest to you.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To receive survey results from our market research
- To receive newsletters from us
- To provide and manage products and services you have requested
- To provide you with marketing material

What we do with the information we have
We use the information that you have given us in order to provide you with survey results from market research. Send out newsletters, provide you with detailed product and service offerings as per your request or send you marketing material.
Further we may use the information you give us to improve and enhance our websites, to ensure the content is relevant for you.
We may also process your personal information to our legal or regulatory requirements which may include sharing your personal data to third parties, including insurers, the court service and/or regulators or law enforcement agencies in connection with enquiries, proceedings or investigations by such parties.
How we store your information
Your information is securely stored with our service providers cloud-based solutions in Europe.
We keep your personal identifiers for no longer than is permitted by law and will only be kept for as long as necessary to provide you with any requested products, services, results or information.
We will then dispose your information when no longer required to fulfil those requests.
